How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping can take anywhere between 2-5 weeks. This number has varied so much as the world recovers from Covid-19.  When things are running smoothly we are consistently able to send our orders much sooner!  

When will I get my tracking information for my order?

We send out the tracking number once your product is shipped from out fulfillment center in Denver, CO.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will vary depending on the state of the world due to Covid-19. For now we have our shipping costs at $5.95 and considering that the shipping industry is working triple overtime, is a pretty good base price. Throughout the months we like to offer different types of deals that offer free shipping so be on the lookout! (We tend to send emails about those kind of things) 

My tracking number hasn't moved in a while, is everything okay?

We have had these problems with providers before and it has escalated greatly the past couple months, again due to Covid-19. If you see this, it is most likely a delay in the transit system, but sometimes this could result in a lost package on their behalf. If the tracking number hasn't moved in a while and you are concerned, please just contact us with your information and we will be able to find your package for you as soon as we can!

Where is my order?

Shipping times for inventory that are in stock at our warehouse in Denver, CO will typically ship in 3-5 business days. If the product is not in stock, then shipping time will be in the 2-5 week range. If it has been more than 5 weeks and your concerns for your order are growing, please contact us at support@thirdeyesociety.co and we will be able to take care of you. 

How do I change my shipping address?
