These membership terms apply to all memberships purchased at Thirdeyesociety.co, and are subject to change at any time. By opting into the membership through the checkbox provided at checkout, you are agreeing to sign an electronic contract. Please visit Thirdeyesociety.co for current membership terms. The membership terms currently in effect at the time of your membership purchase will apply throughout the term of your initial membership. If these membership terms are amended during or after your initial membership period, then the amended membership terms will apply to your membership beginning on the next membership renewal date.

Your Thirdeyesociety.co membership and use thereof is subject to Thirdeyesociety.co Terms Of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which are available at Thirdeyesociety.co. You must be at least 18 years of age to join the Third Eye Society and purchase products.

Regarding our live classes and digital content:

Do not do breathwork or yoga if: it is not safe, if you have a medical condition that prohibits you from participating, while operating machinery, while in water, or in any environment/situation/setting that needs your attention and awareness whether listed here or not.

The following is a list of concerns and conditions (some but not limited to this list) that one must seek a doctors approval before participating in breathwork or yoga:

Cardiovascular disease, angina, heart attack, high blood pressure, recent injury or surgery, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, glaucoma, or any condition in which you take regular medications.

Pregnant women can participate in lighter breathing practices also known as integrative patterns but may wish to avoid more activated patterns that may cause emotional responses and can potentially put baby in distress.

Membership Fee

Third Eye Society members will be billed $29.95 per month until you request to cancel the membership. Discounted membership rates may be offered in special one-time offers. These discounted membership rates will be billed as agreed upon per month until you request to cancel the membership.

The first month's membership fee is a requirement for purchase. 

Automatic Monthly Renewal

All memberships renew automatically for successive one-month periods until you cancel. By purchasing a membership, you agree and acknowledge that you will gain access to membership features and will be charged a membership fee of $29.95 for each month thereafter until you cancel (unless you are on a discounted membership plan, then the price will be found on the page you signed up on). The first month's membership fee is required for purchase. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges processed prior to cancellation, including, where applicable, any charges processed after the expiration date of your payment card.

 

Canceling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at concierge@thirdeyesociety.co  or calling us at +1 888 301 8748.

Membership fees are paid in advance and are not refunded in whole or in part. Your membership will terminate at the end of the month covered by your most recently paid membership fee.

Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any further renewal periods and your membership will not continue past the then current period.

IF YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND THEN RETURN TO THIRDEYESOCIETY.CO AND USE ANY FEATURE RESERVED FOR MEMBERS, YOUR PAYMENT CARD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR A MEMBERSHIP UPON CHECK OUT. 

Thirdeyesociety.co may terminate or cancel your membership at any time and for any reason or no reason, at its sole and exclusive discretion. In such an event, your membership fee will be refunded on a prorated basis as of the termination or cancellation date.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Class Action Waiver YOU AND "THIRD EYE SOCIETY" AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Third Eye Society agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If for any reason the class action waiver set forth above cannot be enforced as to some or all of the Dispute, then the agreement to arbitrate will not apply to that Dispute or portion thereof. Any Disputes covered by any deemed unenforceable class action waiver provision may only be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction, but the remainder of the agreement to arbitrate will be binding and enforceable. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties do not agree to class arbitration or to the arbitration of any claims brought on behalf of others.
